What's the minimum term?

Our minimum term is 1 month. If you wish to cancel, we require one month’s notice prior to your intended end date.

Is the lobby accessible 24/7?

Our lobby is open 9am - 9pm, Sunday to Thursday and 9am - 10:30pm Friday and Saturday. Access is not available when Queens Court shopping centre is closed through the night.

How secure is the lobby?

The lobby is monitored by 24/7 CCTV, and each lockbox is secured with its own unique access code. Codes are updated at the end of every term to maintain a high level of security.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, a 10-minute loading bay is conveniently located directly outside the building at 368 Queen Street for quick and easy access.
