Such a great property and location. A short walk to the Viaduct restaurants, Queen Street and public buses and trains. The complex is quiet and the apartment is beautifully presented and modern with high level of security. Would definitely stay here again.

What a gem!
Perfect space in the best location to the Viaduct and CBD. Sean’s place has everything you need, and more. Loved the wireless chargers, espresso machine and what a special touch to find the Xmas tree all lit up welcoming me!
Unit is quite small yet was definitely spacious enough for everything and so well laid out, and the outdoor balcony huge and an amazing space to stretch out and enjoy.

Sean’s place was the perfect choice for our stay in Auckland’s CBD. Great views from the massive balcony. The ferries come and go all day from early in the morning until late at night. Location is fantastic for exploring the city or visiting the islands. Well equipped for cooking if so interested. Communication with Sean was always quick and helpful. All in all, great place to stay with a great host.

Spotless apartment and it felt like a warm relaxing hotel. Apartment equipped with everything you need. Perfect location for everything ! Bonus to have a car space as well. We will definitely stay again if we ever return to Auckland

Great spot on the harbour, walking distance to so many things. Parking spot made our trip so much less hassle. Loved the 11am check out made for a relaxing final morning when we could stroll into city and get breakfast and then still check out without having to rush. Thanks for having us!

Such a nice place, photos matched the place pretty spot on. Location was awesome over the viaduct with amazing views of the Auckland Sky City towers. Had no problems during our stay, Sean was very helpful & a great communicator.
