Les instructions pour entrer et sortir étaient très claires. Tout était bien expliqué. Sean a fait preuve de patience, de compréhension et nous a beaucoup aidés pour le stationnement. L'emplacement est formidable et nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement en ville. L'espace est super propre et bien rangé. Je reviendrais ici sans hésiter. Directions for entering and exiting were very good. Everything was clearly spelled out. Sean was patient, understanding, and helpful with our parking needs. The location was wonderful and allowed us to get around town easily. The space is super clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again.

L'appartement était très propre et bien rangé. Excellente douche, serviettes et articles de toilette agréables. Lit confortable, draps et oreillers de qualité. Cuisine bien équipée. Emplacement idéal avec une superbe vue sur le quai, à proximité de nombreux restaurants et attractions. Belle terrasse avec coin salon. Je recommande vivement. Apartment was very clean and tidy. Excellent shower and lovely towels and toiletries. Comfy bed, lovely sheets and pillows. Kitchen well stocked. Great location with great views over the wharf close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Lovely patio area with seating. Would really recommend

La vue sur le centre-ville d'Auckland depuis la vaste terrasse extérieure est tout simplement époustouflante. L'appartement est petit mais extrêmement bien situé, près du centre-ville avec des restaurants, des supermarchés et des ferries à proximité. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement confortable et très relaxant. Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré était la lenteur du téléchargement WiFi, mais cela pourrait être temporaire et indépendant du logement. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré et serions restés bien plus longtemps. The view of downtown Auckland from the vast outdoor deck is simply eye-popping. The apartment is small but extremely well located, near central downtown with restaurants, supermarkets and ferries all close by. We felt the apartment was comfortable and very relaxing. The only issue we had was WiFi upload was very slow, but that may be temporary and external. Overall we loved it and would have stayed far longer.

Spacieux et confortable Bien entretenu et décoré avec goût Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour un court ou long séjour La communication était 10 sur 10 Je recommande vivement et je reviendrais sans hésiter ! La seule chose à noter, c’est que si un bateau de croisière accoste, comme cela a été le cas pendant mon séjour, il surplombera la terrasse extérieure et la vue sur le port sera alors bloquée. Spacious and Cosy Well maintained and beautiful decor Has everything you need for a short or long stay Communication was 10 out of 10 Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! The only thing I will point out is if a cruise ship docks, which it did during my stay, then it will overlock onto the outside deck and the harbour view will be blocked.

C'était notre deuxième séjour chez Sean, et nous prévoyons déjà de revenir. Nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs endroits sur Princes Wharf et celui-ci nous a semblé un peu mieux, un peu plus moderne, un peu plus propre. Il est suffisamment éloigné des restaurants du quai pour qu'il n'y ait aucun bruit la nuit, mais assez proche pour avoir un large choix de restaurants. Nous n'avions pas besoin de la place de parking, mais quel avantage si vous avez une voiture ! Enfin, si vous devez contacter Sean, il répond rapidement et il est très agréable à traiter. This was our second stay at Sean’s place, and we’re already planning to return. We’ve stayed at several places on Princes Wharf and this place just seemed a bit better, a bit more modern, a bit cleaner. It’s just far enough from the restaurants on the wharf so there is no nighttime noise, but close enough to choose from tons of restaurants. We didn’t need the parking spot, but what a bonus if you have a car! Lastly, if you have to contact Sean, he is quick to respond, and so pleasant to deal with.

L'appartement était absolument propre et bien équipé, avec suffisamment de bonne vaisselle, de couverts et de serviettes. Il donne une impression bien entretenue. Terrasse immense. L'emplacement est parfait, à quelques minutes de la gare de Waitemata, que l'on peut rejoindre assez facilement depuis l'aéroport en bus et en train. Le centre-ville, le Viaduct Harbour, les ferries, les restaurants et les magasins sont facilement accessibles à pied. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien. Das Apartment war absolut sauber und gut ausgestattet, auch mit ausreichend gutem Geschirr, Besteck und Handtüchern. Macht einen gut gepflegten Eindruck. Riesige Terasse. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof Waitemata, den man vom Flughafen recht gut mit Bus und Zug erreicht. Innenstadt, Viaduct Habour, Fähren, Lokale, Geschäfte gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Sean a été très réactif, l'endroit était excellent. Le lit était le plus confortable dans lequel j'aie jamais dormi. J'ai passé une nuit incroyable. Nous avons adoré être si proches du ferry pour aller à l'île de Waheike et d'avoir autant de bons restaurants à choisir. L'épicerie était également à proximité. Je reviendrais absolument ici et je recommanderais cet endroit à mes amis et à ma famille. Merci Sean ! Sean was super responsive, place was excellent. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Had an amazing sleep. We loved being so close to Ferry to go yo Waheike Island and so many great restaurants to choose from. The grocery store was also close by. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks Sean!

L'appartement de Sean est idéalement situé pour toute personne visitant Auckland. Proche des terminaux de ferry, et en plein centre-ville avec de nombreux restaurants, cafés et bien plus encore. C'était parfait pour nos besoins. Sean's place is in a great location to anyone visiting Auckland. Close to the ferry terminals, and being downtown heaps of restaurants and cafes plus a lot more. It was perfect for our needs.

Emplacement parfait, très propre et Sean s'est assuré que tout se passe sans problème (nous avions demandé un enregistrement anticipé et Sean l'a rendu possible). L'appartement est très petit, surtout si l'on vient avec de grandes valises. Perfekte Lage, sehr sauber und Sean hat sich um einen reibungsfreien Ablauf gekümmert (hatten um einen früheren Check in gebeten und Sean hat es ermöglicht). Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, wenn man mit großen Koffern kommt.

Emplacement et vue superbes, et hôte sympathique, Sean m'a même laissé un mot manuscrit pour m'accueillir. Les instructions étaient très claires, ce qui a rendu l'arrivée et le départ très faciles ! Je recommande cet appartement aux voyageurs seuls ou en couple. Great location and view, and friendly host, Sean even provided a handwritten note to welcome me. Instructions were really clear which made check in and out really smooth! Recommend this apartment to solo or couple travelers.
