Die Anweisungen für das Ein- und Auschecken waren sehr gut. Alles war klar erklärt. Sean war geduldig, verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit in Bezug auf unsere Parkbedürfnisse. Die Lage war wunderbar und ermöglichte es uns, uns problemlos in der Stadt zu bewegen. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und ordentlich. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Directions for entering and exiting were very good. Everything was clearly spelled out. Sean was patient, understanding, and helpful with our parking needs. The location was wonderful and allowed us to get around town easily. The space is super clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location with great views over the wharf close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Lovely patio area with seating. Would really recommend

Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war, dass das WLAN-Upload sehr langsam war, aber das könnte vorübergehend und extern bedingt sein. Insgesamt haben wir es geliebt und wären gerne viel länger geblieben. The view of downtown Auckland from the vast outdoor deck is simply eye-popping. The apartment is small but extremely well located, near central downtown with restaurants, supermarkets and ferries all close by. We felt the apartment was comfortable and very relaxing. The only issue we had was WiFi upload was very slow, but that may be temporary and external. Overall we loved it and would have stayed far longer.

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in Seans Unterkunft und wir planen bereits unsere Rückkehr. Wir haben schon in mehreren Unterkünften am Princes Wharf übernachtet, aber dieses Apartment war einfach ein bisschen besser, etwas moderner, etwas sauberer. Es liegt gerade weit genug von den Restaurants am Wharf entfernt, sodass es nachts ruhig ist, aber dennoch nah genug, um aus einer Vielzahl von Restaurants wählen zu können. Wir brauchten den Parkplatz zwar nicht, aber das ist ein tolles Extra, wenn man ein Auto hat! Und falls man Sean kontaktieren muss: Er antwortet sehr schnell und ist äußerst angenehm im Umgang. This was our second stay at Sean’s place, and we’re already planning to return. We’ve stayed at several places on Princes Wharf and this place just seemed a bit better, a bit more modern, a bit cleaner. It’s just far enough from the restaurants on the wharf so there is no nighttime noise, but close enough to choose from tons of restaurants. We didn’t need the parking spot, but what a bonus if you have a car! Lastly, if you have to contact Sean, he is quick to respond, and so pleasant to deal with.

The apartment was absolutely clean and well equipped, also with plenty of good dishes, cutlery and towels. It gives a well-maintained impression. Huge terrace. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Waitemata station, which can be reached quite easily from the airport by bus and train. City center, Viaduct Harbour, ferries, restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance. We felt comfortable. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Sean war äußerst reaktionsschnell, die Unterkunft war ausgezeichnet. Das Bett war das bequemste, in dem ich je geschlafen habe. Ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Uns hat die Nähe zur Fähre nach Waiheke Island sehr gefallen, ebenso wie die vielen großartigen Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch der Supermarkt war ganz in der Nähe. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten und diesen Ort Freunden und Familie empfehlen. Danke, Sean! Sean was super responsive, place was excellent. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Had an amazing sleep. We loved being so close to Ferry to go yo Waheike Island and so many great restaurants to choose from. The grocery store was also close by. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks Sean!

Perfect location, very clean and Sean made sure everything went smoothly (we requested an early check-in and Sean made it possible). The apartment is very small if you arrive with large suitcases.
